Their latest innovation is hairMake-up, a handy system that enables the consumer to create a different hairstyle at any given time. More length, more volume and more color in a twinkling.

The international catwalk determines the trends: long hair that looks healthy and voluminous. Balmain joins this trend with hairMake-up, hair products for an extremely female look, luxuriantly wavy or long hair – almost anything is possible. The hairMake-up collection is composed of Memory®Hair and is available in nine trendy color combinations, giving the user almost endless possibilities. From a funky hair boost with curls, to length extensions in natural colors, all matching perfectly with ones own hair. The clever clip-in system is so simple, it can be used by anyone. “Any style, any time” applies to everyone who uses Balmain!

Memory®Hair
The latest innovation from the Balmain Research & Development division, is “Memory®Hair”. Its name is indicative of exactly what it’s all about. “Memory®Hair”, is able to “remember” a treatment (for example shaping with curling irons) and keeps the hair that way – even after a rain shower or shampooing. The texture can only be changed with heating tools. Maintaining Memory®Hair entails little time: just rinse with lukewarm water and apply conditioning spray for Memory®Hair. That’s all!

Soft Blend Edge
Another innovation from the Balmain R&D department is the unique, patented Soft Blend Edge technique. The two strips of hair are placed next to each other, not on top of each other.This makes the system about 70% thinner than other systems. Besides, the curves hold 20% more hair per square centimeter and give a perfect integration.

Eye Catcher
hairMake-up is perfect for the consumer who likes to decide on her own appearance, without spending too much time at the hairdresser. It also allows the Hairdresser to offer the client the look of a real superstar! The complete range of hairMake-up consists of four models. Color Fringe includes 6cm wide fringes in two lengths (15 and 30cm); Color Accents offers a set of 3 colorful highlights, each 2cm wide and 30cm long; the Length Extensions (packed by three) each have a width of 9cm and are available in lengths of 25 and 40cm; and finally there is the so called Complete Extension, a 27cm wide hair piece, that results in long voluminous hair in a twinkle. This extension is also available in lengths of 25 and 40cm. If so desired, the client can ask the hairdresser to style or cut the extensions for an even more natural result. “hairMake-up” is the absolute solution for trendy people who really dare to give their own interpretation to the latest fashion!
