Forget Loewe and Lanvin, this season the name that’s turning heads is Balmain. The legendary French Fashion House has been awarded the prestigious slot of opening Paris Fashion Week and is set to unveil the first ever show designed by a member of the Thai royal family. And yet, it’s not just the clothes that are fit for a Queen (or a modern day Princess), the hair is too.

Created by International session stylist and Balmain Hair Collection Style Director, Andy Uffels, the show’s ‘hair look’ is a creative extravaganza that incorporates the world-famous Balmain Hair Collection throughout to add volume, colour, structure and length. Versatile and fashion forward, hair extensions by Balmain Hair Collection are set to be the fashion accessory of Spring/Summer 2008.
