which will be held in our Balmain office in the heart of the fashion Paris.

During the commercial part of the seminar we will give you a renewed company presentation
and present our marketing, education and PR concepts for 2008 and beginning of 2009.

During the technical program of the seminar, which will run parallel to the commercial part,
we will introduce to your master trainer our new education system in details. Master
trainers will learn all they need to know to introduce that system in your country.
Your master trainer will also follow our new Service and Quality course, which is aimed
to minimize the techical complaints of your clients. They can also train on all the new
products recently launched.

There will also be an opportunity for you to meet a representative of Balmain Hair
for your personal business meeting after the completion of the program and to
exchange experience with other particpants during a nice dinner in a Paris restaurant.

Arrival date is 26 November 2008. Our program is finished on 28 November 2008
afternoon. You will be informed later on the exact agenda details.

We are hosting the seminar and will carry all expenses involved with it.
Only your travelling and accomodation expenses will be for your account.
